Who said Värnamo was a small town?

Today we got a postcard in the mail, addressed to the Family Norén, at our current address. But we couldn't recognise any of the sender's names.

Turns out there's a second family Norén, where there is another Karl Johan Norén, living on the same street at us. In Stockholm, there were only two of us with the name, and we lived on opposite sides of town. Here, we live on opposite sides of the same street.

So you're either in a bad sitcom with mistaken identities and people going to the wrong house, or in a Strossian nightmare where the whole town is slowly, inevitably turning into Karl Johan Norén.

I don't know which is worse.

It could be a bad Strossian sitcom where everyone is mistaken for Karl Johan Norén, and everyone going to the wrong house slowly turns into me.

There is a Karl-Johan Norén who regularly writes in our local newspaper, Östgöta Correspondenten.
