Rain makes pools of water which you can jump in and splash water around you.
Rain makes flowers happy and makes grass and even pavement smell good.
Rain is a force of nature. Before nature I stand powerless, it's nice to be reminded of once in a while.
All in all, it makes me happy, happiness is good. =)
