More Dell stupidity

kjnI had ordered a Dell with a DVD-/+RW drive.
Guess what Dell sent me?
A DVD-ROM drive, and it took me over an hour on the phone to convince them of that it was incapable of burning anything. At least they're going to send me a replacement drive on Monday.
